Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms when we confirm it and take payment.

We hold only a few of each piece. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we will tell you and refund that line in full.

Prices

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include any tax due in Malaysia. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before charging anything rather than quietly cancelling.

Colour and finish

Our pieces are photographed as carefully as we can manage, but screens differ and dyed fabric varies between batches. Small differences in shade are a property of the cloth, not a fault.

Hand-finished detail — embroidery, zari, block print — carries small irregularities. That is the nature of the work.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or to abuse the returns policy.
