What we collect

Only what an order or an account actually needs:

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can send you your order.
• Your order history, so you and we can both see what was bought.
• Your saved pieces and any back-in-stock alerts you asked for.
• Basic analytics about how the site is used, which is not tied to your name.

What we never see

Card and banking details are entered on the payment provider's own page and never reach our servers. We are told whether a payment succeeded, and nothing more.

How we use it

To take payment, pack and send your order, answer your messages, and — only if you asked for it — tell you when a piece is back or send you the newsletter.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the couriers, the payment provider and the email service needed to actually deliver your order.

Marketing email

Order emails are transactional and always sent. Marketing email is separate and only goes to people who opted in.

Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in. It takes effect immediately.

Your data, your call

Message us and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete your account.

Records tied to a completed sale are kept for as long as Malaysian tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is closed.
