Free standard shipping within Malaysia on orders over RM250. We ship worldwide.
Within Malaysia
Orders over RM250 ship free. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on where the parcel is going.
West Malaysia usually arrives in two to four working days; East Malaysia in three to six. Pieces marked "Ships within 24 hours" are in stock and leave us the next working day.
International
We ship worldwide from Malaysia. The cost is calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight of the parcel.
Delivery times vary by country and by how quickly the parcel clears customs, so treat any estimate shown at checkout as an estimate rather than a promise.
Duties and taxes
Import duty and local taxes are set by the destination country, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay here. The carrier will collect anything owed before it hands the parcel over.
A parcel refused at customs and returned to us is refunded less the shipping we paid both ways.
Tracking your order
You get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves us. If you have an account, every order and its status also sits under Your account.
If tracking has not moved for several days, message us — chasing the courier is quicker from our side.
